What is Gnosis?
GNO is the token of Gnosis, an Ethereum-focused project founded in 2015 whose early work produced tools such as the Safe multisig wallet and CoW Swap. Today GNO mainly secures Gnosis Chain, an EVM-compatible network that merged with the former xDai chain, where validators stake GNO to produce blocks. Holders also vote with GNO in GnosisDAO, which manages the project's treasury and direction.
