What is Mantle?
Mantle (MNT) is the native token of Mantle Network, an Ethereum layer-2 network that bundles transactions and settles them on Ethereum. MNT pays gas fees on Mantle and is used to vote on proposals in its governance system. The project grew out of BitDAO, whose BIT token was converted into MNT in 2023.
