What is Arbitrum?
ARB is the governance token of Arbitrum, a group of Ethereum layer-2 networks built by Offchain Labs using optimistic rollup technology. Holders vote in the Arbitrum DAO on upgrades and treasury spending, while transaction fees on Arbitrum One are paid in ETH rather than ARB. The token was distributed by airdrop in March 2023.
