The short answer
Binance AI is a set of personalised features inside the Binance app and website, launched globally on 12 October 2026 after a beta that opened in September: an interface that rearranges itself around what you hold and follow, AI-written market briefs every four hours, voice price alerts, a daily PNL recap and guided tooltips. There is nothing to apply for any more: update the Binance app to the latest version and the features start adapting to your usage as the rollout reaches your account. It does not place trades for you; it explains, summarises and alerts, and your own orders stay manual.

What launched on 12 October
Binance announced Binance AI at 12:00 UTC on 12 October 2026 as "a new suite of features" for its global platform. The company frames it around three ideas: the experience adapts to the user (newer users get simpler explanations and prompts, active traders get deeper data views and product modules), it pulls market context tied to the assets and themes you follow, and you keep control through widgets you can add, remove and rearrange at any time.
The features Binance lists are:

| Feature | What you see | Useful for |
|---|---|---|
| Adaptive, customisable UI | Modules and widgets arranged by AI around what you are exploring, from crypto to traditional assets | Getting the screens you actually use to the front |
| Yesterday's PNL | A recap of the previous day's performance with key events for your top holdings | A morning check without opening each position |
| Top movers | 24-hour moves across your holdings with AI analysis tied to what you hold and follow | Spotting which coin moved your portfolio |
| Smart alerts | Voice alerts when a tracked asset moves | Not watching the screen all day |
| Smart tooltips | Contextual prompts, including a guide the first time you open a product page | Learning a product before using it |
| Master trade | Profiles of selected investors and traders and how they allocate | Context during uncertain markets |
| Market brief | On-demand updates in text or audio, refreshed every four hours | One summary instead of several news apps |
How to turn it on
1. Update the Binance app to the latest version from the official app store listing (iOS or Android), or open binance.com. 2. Log in to your account. Binance says the rollout covers "all eligible users"; the September beta was limited to verified users, so finishing verification first is the safe assumption. 3. Use the app normally. Binance says the personalised features "automatically begin adapting" to your usage once you are updated; there is no separate opt-in screen in the announcement. 4. Rearrange or remove widgets you do not want. Binance says the layout can be reconfigured with your preferred tools, market updates and educational content at any time. 5. If you do not see it yet, wait: Binance describes the release as progressive to all eligible users, so accounts receive it at different times, and not every product is available in every region.
From beta to global: the timeline
On 7 September 2026 Binance opened a waitlist beta called "Introducing Binance AI: Join the Beta and Shape the Future of Trading". It was open to verified users only, places were limited and granted on a rolling basis, and registering did not guarantee a spot. The beta promised a personalised interface, AI context on crypto and traditional-asset moves, and shorter, timelier updates. Five weeks later the 12 October announcement replaced the waitlist with a general rollout and added the named features above, including voice alerts and four-hourly market briefs.
We first covered the beta in our Binance AI beta checklist; the main change now is access. Anyone eligible with an updated app should receive it, not only whitelisted testers.
Also new the same day: Auto Order Routing
Binance shipped a second retail feature on 12 October that matters more for your fills than any widget. Auto Order Routing compares the order book of a local-currency pair with a more liquid intermediary pair and sends your spot order down whichever path quotes the better price. Instead of selling BTC for a thin local stablecoin pair in two manual trades and paying two fees, you pay one standard spot fee, charged in the asset you receive, and the BNB discount still applies if you have it switched on. Binance says it does not charge commission on the intermediary conversion, though spreads still apply, and that price improvement is an opportunity, not a guarantee.
It works with Limit GTC, Limit IOC, Market Sell in the base asset and Market Buy in the quote asset. You switch it on or off in the "Trading Mode" dropdown on the trading page; when it is off, your order goes only to the local pair. U-quoted symbols support it first, with USD, USD1 and USDC quotes to follow subject to approvals, and eligible pairs are marked in the interface.
The feedback campaign: 20 USDC for 25 users
Alongside the launch, Binance runs "Community Voice: Share Binance AI Feedback" from 12 October 12:00 UTC to 18 October 23:59 UTC. To qualify you need a verified Binance account, must follow the Binance Angels X account, repost the main X post answering "I just texted Binance AI, here is my honest feedback…", use #BinanceAI, and share your post link in the Binance Discord #builders-chat channel. Binance will pick 25 users for the depth and quality of their feedback, each receiving 20 USDC in token vouchers by 30 October via Rewards Hub, valid for 30 days.
The campaign is closed to residents or citizens of the United States, the United Kingdom, every EEA member state, Hong Kong, Singapore and any country on Binance's prohibited list. The 500 USDC total is small, so treat it as a bonus for feedback you would give anyway.
What to keep in mind before relying on it
Binance's own terms for the feature are blunt. Prompts you type may be used for training, AI outputs can include third-party content that is unvetted, outdated or biased, and Binance does not guarantee them. In practice: use the market brief and top-movers card to decide what to look at, then check the actual chart, order book and funding before acting. A voice alert is a prompt to look, not a reason to trade. And the "Master trade" profiles show how selected traders allocate; they are not a copy-trading button.
How to act on this
Complete verification first, since both the beta and the feedback campaign required it. Our Binance exchange profile lists current fees and features, and the Binance vs OKX comparison shows how its costs stack up if you trade on both.
