Before you start

• Your real country and nationality. OKX's identity-verification page shows the documents and services available for the country of residence and nationality you select. OKX tells users not to pick another country or document type to get around an unavailable option.
• Age and location. You must be at least 18, and OKX services are not available in restricted locations.
• One account. OKX's referral rules treat multiple accounts, or using someone else's identity, as a violation. Do not plan to "re-register later" to fix a missing code.
• A clean sign-up session. OKX attributes a new account to the channel recorded when sign-up completes. If you click an ad or another campaign page in the middle of signing up, that channel can take the attribution instead of the code you meant to use.

Where to enter the code: website

1. Open OKX's invite page for nexu888. The page OKX serves at okx.com/join/nexu888 is titled "My referral code: nexu888", so you can confirm the code before you go further. 2. Start sign-up from that page. If the referral field is shown, check that it reads nexu888. If it is collapsed, expand "Referral code (optional)" and type it. 3. If the form has no referral field at all, OKX says to sign up through the referral link instead. In some cases the invite page asks for your email address first to bind the invitation; then complete sign-up with that same email. 4. Finish registration, then move straight to identity verification and security settings (below).

Where to enter the code: mobile app

The app is where most missed codes happen. OKX's FAQ gives three common reasons the code is not auto-filled: you opened the link but then downloaded the app separately and signed up inside it; you had earlier opened a sign-up page through an ad or another channel, which took the attribution; or your browser was in private mode or had cache issues.

OKX's fix for mobile is specific. Reopen the referral link, bind your email on the invite page, then download and open the app through the link and sign up with the same email. If the code is still not filled in, type nexu888 manually into the referral code field before you finish.

What if you already signed up without a code?

OKX's answer is that after registration the referral relationship usually cannot be added or changed. It also warns against deleting the account or creating another one to change the code: deleting and signing up again does not restore referral or new-user bonus eligibility, and multiple accounts break the programme rules. If you already have an OKX account without a code, keep it; the rebate described here applies to new registrations.

Identity verification after sign-up

Verification is a separate step. Based on OKX's identity-verification FAQ:

• Choose your actual country of residence and nationality; the page then lists the accepted document types. Passports, national ID cards, driving licences and residence permits are common, but the list on your page is what counts.
• Use your own valid, government-issued original and complete the face check yourself. A photocopy, screenshot or photo on another screen does not replace an original-document check unless the page offers that option.
• Some jurisdictions, including Türkiye and the UAE, have more specific document requirements.
• If review is pending, do not resubmit the same documents repeatedly; watch the verification page and your registered email.
• Common rejection causes include expired or unsupported documents, blurry images, mismatched details, a failed face check, regional restrictions, or identity details already used on another account.
• Use only the official OKX app or website, and never share your seed phrase, private key, password or verification codes with anyone.

Fees, and what the 40% rebate changes

OKX's regular-user rates, re-read on 10 October 2026:

A worked example: 10,000 USDT of perpetual taker volume costs 5 USDT at 0.05%. With 40% returned, the net cost is 3 USDT. At 100,000 USDT a month, the fee is 50 USDT and 20 USDT comes back. OKX settles the rebate hourly under its partner programme; NexuAlpha never holds your funds. Funding payments on perpetuals are a separate cost the rebate does not cover.

OKX's fee FAQ also explains why your rate can differ from what a logged-out visitor sees: the fee tier shown while you are logged in is the one that applies. Check it on the website under Assets > My trading fees, or in the app under Menu > Account settings > Profile > Trading fee tier. Whether an order is charged maker or taker depends on how it executes, not on whether it was a limit or market order: a limit order that fills immediately is a taker.

New-user rewards are separate from the code

OKX runs Welcome Rewards for new users, and they are not the same thing as the referral relationship. OKX says tasks, reward tiers and amounts vary by country or region, campaign period, sign-up channel and user group, and that the offer can change. Check your own Rewards > Welcome Rewards page after sign-up; do not rely on a figure quoted elsewhere. OKX also notes that internal transfers and certain stablecoin or fiat trades do not count toward reward tasks, and that statuses can take up to 48 hours to update.

Regional note: Türkiye and other local entities

OKX serves some markets through separate local companies. In Türkiye, OKX TR is operated by OKX TR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. and supports Turkish lira bank transfers. OKX's referral FAQ states that if the inviter and invitee are in different regions, rewards are not paid unless the programme supports cross-entity or cross-region referrals. If you are routed to a local OKX platform, check that the referral field accepts the code before relying on the rebate.

Common problems

• Code not filled in on the app: reopen the link, bind your email on the invite page, open the app through the link, sign up with the same email, or type the code manually.
• Field shows a different code: you opened someone else's link earlier. Clear it and enter the code you intend to use before submitting; after sign-up it cannot be changed.
• Verification stuck: allow camera access, use good light and a stable connection, update to the latest official app, then retry.
