Q2:Will an email-registered CEX suddenly demand KYC during withdrawal?
A centralized venue may request identity or security checks based on region, limits, account state and risk controls. Check current official terms and the limits shown in the account before funding.
Q3:How do I withdraw if a DEX frontend is blocked or goes down?
Recovery depends on the protocol, chain, contract and account state. Do not assume an emergency-withdraw function exists, and do not use mirrors or direct explorer interactions without verifying contract addresses and call parameters.
Q4:Does wallet access mean there are no risk controls or regional limits?
No. Wallet access only describes the login and signing route. Frontends, protocols, contracts, sanctions rules, liquidity, bridges and account state can still affect access, execution, withdrawal or recovery.
