What is Convex Finance?
CVX is the token of Convex Finance, an Ethereum protocol launched in 2021 that is built on top of the Curve exchange. Convex lets Curve liquidity providers and CRV holders earn boosted rewards without locking CRV themselves. CVX holders can lock their tokens as vlCVX to vote on how Convex directs its large share of Curve voting power, and receive a share of protocol fees.
