Punti chiave

  1. Submitted, on-chain and credited are three different stations.

  2. Use the transaction hash on a block explorer for the right network.

  3. Share records with official support, never your recovery phrase, private key or codes.

Verifica rapida

Your transfer says "sent" but has not arrived. What is the first step?

Prova tu

Match three problem scenarios to: the sender, the on-chain status and the receiver.

Mostra la risposta

Find the status, then use the matching official channel. If the cause is unknown, don't pay again.

Trascrizione

  1. Sam

It didn't arrive. Should I just send a few more?

  2. Nexubo

Don't send again. Submitted, on-chain and credited are not the same thing. Find which station it's stuck at, then decide who to contact.

  3. Narratore

Keep the send record. If there's a transaction hash, check it on a proper block explorer for that network: status, destination address and amount. Don't mix in results from a different chain.

  4. Nexubo

The receiving platform may still need confirmations or an internal review. If the coin, network, address or memo was wrong, stop sending and give the facts to official support.

  5. Narratore

A completed on-chain transfer usually can't be undone like a normal action. Whether it can be recovered depends on technical and platform conditions. There's no guarantee. Don't believe anyone who says paying a fee will surely get it back.

  6. Sam

Give the records they need. Never the recovery phrase, private key or codes.

  7. Nexubo

Right. Find where it's stuck first. Don't keep sending.

  8. Narratore

'Hi, I'm support. Send me your recovery phrase.' Next: what scammers really want.

  9. Narratore

    Understand first, then act.
