Editorial policy

How NexuAlpha sources, labels, corrects and updates what it publishes about crypto trading platforms, and how partner links and AI assistance are handled.

Last reviewed

Sourcing rules

  1. Every fee, limit, eligibility rule or reserve figure is tied to a primary source: the platform’s official fee page, announcement, reserve report or help centre. The source URL and the review date sit next to the record.
  2. Announcements come from official channels only. We do not publish rumours, screenshots or third-party summaries as facts, and feeds fail closed: a missing or unreadable source means no entry, not an estimate.
  3. Figures that cannot be complete are labelled as lower bounds. Liquidation totals, for example, come from exchange streams that cap how many events they emit, so the page says “at least”, never “total”.
  4. Anything we could not confirm stays marked as pending or unverified. VIP tiers, token discounts, user benefits and regional availability need an official source before they are shown as facts.

Corrections

If a fee, domain, condition or source has changed or we got it wrong, send the evidence to the Research Desk. We re-check the official source and update the record, its review date and, where the change is material, the article text. We do not silently delete; superseded figures keep their date and limitation note.

  • Report through the Telegram assistant bot or by email.
  • Corrections are applied after the official or on-chain source has been re-checked.
  • Pages keep their review date so readers can see when a fact was last confirmed.

AI assistance

Articles, summaries and translations are researched and written with AI assistance and reviewed before publication. The review checks the cited sources, the dates and the disclosure wording; it is an internal editorial review, not an audit by a licensed adviser or an outside expert. The byline “NexuAlpha Research Desk” identifies the team responsible, not an individual author.

Update cadence

  • Live data pages (liquidations, funding rates) refresh from the collector feed about every five minutes and show the time of the last update.
  • Fee, referral and eligibility records are re-checked when an official announcement changes them and in scheduled reviews; each record shows its own review date.
  • News articles carry their publication date and, when revised, a reviewed date in the byline.
