Binance balance visible, trading balance missing
A deposit can be visible in an account without being available where you want to trade. Before sending more funds to Binance, establish where the credited balance actually sits.
Trace the destination
Open your deposit record and compare it with the balance used by the intended product. A mismatch between the credited destination and the intended trading balance is a reason to investigate an internal transfer.
Use the Binance overview as your starting point for venue research.
Keep the route straight
Moving a balance between your own accounts on the platform is an internal movement. Sending assets to an external blockchain address follows a withdrawal route, where the supported asset and network matter. Do not paste a deposit address into an unrelated field to solve an account-balance mismatch.
Before taking collateral away
An open futures position needs continuing margin support. If the proposed transfer removes assets supporting that position, reassess the remaining collateral and the displayed risk information before confirming. A balance you can see is not evidence that the entire amount is safe to remove.
Common errors include reversing the source and destination, selecting another asset, and repeating a deposit while the original credit is already visible. Read the transfer result and account history before retrying.
