Bybit rebates: budget cash before the credit arrives
Separate cash from a receivable
A possible Bybit rebate does not fund an order until it is credited and usable. Plan the trading balance against gross commission debits. Keep any expected repayment in a separate receivable column with its evidence and outstanding conditions.
A liquidity bridge
Hypothetical example: a strategy starts with a 64 USDT expense reserve. Applicable spot turnover of 18,000 USDT incurs 18 USDT under the reviewed baseline, leaving 46 USDT. Suppose a separate hypothetical agreement could later credit 3 USDT. Until that credit settles, spendable reserves remain 46 USDT, not 49 USDT.
The assumed credit is not a Bybit offer, entitlement or payout forecast. No payout calendar is established here. A promotion screenshot does not prove that an account, product or transaction qualifies. Obtain the terms that govern the actual arrangement and distinguish pending, approved and credited states.
Close the accounting loop
Match a received credit to the underlying fee period before reducing recorded net expense. Preserve gross fees so delayed cash inflows do not obscure the working capital consumed. If a credit is denied, the reserve plan should still reconcile without it.
A smaller displayed net cost may therefore coexist with a larger immediate funding requirement. Decide whether the gross debit is affordable before considering contingent benefits. Unknown timing stays unknown; do not manufacture a settlement date to make the cashflow schedule balance.
The fee baseline and its limits

That is the VIP 0 crypto-to-crypto base schedule, before token discounts and account-specific benefits. Confirm the product, pair, region and your own tier before using it. It says nothing about payment, withdrawal or rebate charges.
