Explorer says complete, exchange balance is unchanged

Compare the transfer record with the receiving account’s deposit history. An explorer’s completed status alone cannot establish that the platform has finished its own crediting checks.

Read the events in order

At withdrawal: retain the sending record. Identify the network used, the destination, the asset contract and any required memo. Match each field to your receiving instructions. A mismatch deserves its own explanation instead of being filed simply as a delay.
At chain confirmation: save the hash and visible status. This records the network event. It does not settle whether the receiving platform accepts that exact asset at that destination.
At the account: inspect deposit history and the current route instructions. Read official maintenance information and the confirmation requirement shown for the selected asset. Borrowing a threshold from another coin can give a misleading expectation.
After the stated checks: if the account still shows no credit, submit the history screenshot and hash through its signed-in help area. Keep later information in the existing case so the record remains coherent.

Which explanation fits?

When the route and destination are supported, support may examine indexing or account-review issues. When the identifiers differ, a completed explorer entry cannot make the unsupported route eligible. Recovery conditions, handling terms and an eventual outcome remain questions for the receiving service.
Use the profile matching that service for context: Binance, Bitget, Bybit, Gate, OKX. Contact support from inside the official app rather than from an unsolicited message claiming to accelerate crediting.

An unchanged balance is no reason to share account access

Keep seed phrases and private keys private. Do not read authentication codes to a purported agent; enter them only into a verified action you initiated. Decline remote-control tools, wallet-connection requests and advance rescue charges from strangers. The exchange security reference can help you review account access while the deposit case is pending.
Review memo and tag when comparing the receipt with receiving instructions.
