How we get these numbers
Base fees link to checked official sources. Partner shares are the highest share each partner programme pays; unchecked fees or shares are excluded from the estimate and ranking.
How we check feesAll exchanges at one reference volume
Reading your result
What does the maker share input measure?
Maker share is the portion of trading volume assigned the maker fee. Use your fill history to choose a mix that reflects how you trade; an order label alone can mislead you. A limit order that immediately takes available liquidity can receive taker treatment.
Which rate applies to the taker portion?
The selected product’s taker base rate applies to the volume outside your maker share. Changing the mix changes the weighted fee used for the yearly estimate. Match the product selection to your trading records before comparing venues.
Is the yearly base fee what my account will pay?
Yearly base fee projects your monthly volume across a year using the displayed base rates. Treat it as a planning amount. The calculation excludes account-specific discounts, and your actual trading mix and turnover can change.
How should I read the yearly rebate result?
Yearly rebate is the estimated yearly base fee multiplied by the partner share used in the comparison. Account eligibility and the final share still depend on the exchange’s terms. Keep the estimate separate from rebates already credited to your balance.
What does effective fee mean here?
Effective fee expresses the weighted base fee after subtracting the assumed rebate share. It helps compare fee scenarios on a common basis. A lower result alone does not establish cheaper execution, since execution price can add a separate cost.
Can rounding explain a small statement mismatch?
Rounding can change the displayed amount. The estimate rounds monetary output for display, while a statement records actual fee amounts. Compare the original fill charges in their fee asset before deciding that a small difference reflects the wrong rate.
Does the estimate include a fee-token discount?
Fee-token discounts are excluded from the public base-fee comparison. If your account pays fees using a discounted asset, compare its actual charge and applicable discount conditions with the undiscounted scenario shown here.
Why does my VIP account show a different fee?
Your VIP tier can carry a different fee schedule from the public base account used here. Match the account tier, product and trading pair when reconciling charges. The displayed source and checked date identify the base-rate reference.
Does a rebate estimate mean the money has arrived?
A rebate estimate does not confirm a credit to your account. Reconcile the exchange’s rebate entries separately from trading-fee debits, and check the programme’s settlement terms before treating the projected saving as available funds.
Where is slippage in the result?
Slippage sits outside this fee estimate. It measures the difference between your expected price and average execution price. Save a price benchmark when placing a trade so you can compare execution shortfall with the fee afterwards.
Are perpetual funding payments included?
Funding payments are separate from the futures trading-fee projection. They pass between long and short positions and can change the cost of holding a perpetual position. Review funding entries alongside trading fees when preparing a total-cost budget.
Will withdrawing crypto change this estimate?
Withdrawal charges require a separate budget. The calculator projects trading fees and rebates; sending crypto to an external address introduces a withdrawal fee. Check the intended asset and network before adding that charge to your plan.
How can I turn the yearly projection into a monthly budget?
Divide the yearly figures by the months in a year for a steady-volume monthly budget. Hypothetical example: monthly turnover of 20,000 USDT at a flat 0.05% fee costs 10 USDT monthly, or 120 USDT a year. A hypothetical 20% rebate returns 2 USDT monthly, leaving 8 USDT in net trading fees.
Should I enter my account balance as monthly volume?
Enter trading turnover rather than the balance you keep on the exchange. The estimate applies the fee rate to the volume input. Presets separate maker and taker turnover, so choose a profile that resembles your activity before adjusting the amount.
Can I use the same fee for spot and futures?
Select the product you actually trade. Spot and futures use separate checked fee records, with their own maker and taker rates. If you trade both, calculate each product separately before combining your budget.
What does the checked date tell me?
The checked date shows when we last checked that fee against its source. Read it with the linked source and account scope; it does not promise that your account qualifies for that rate today. Confirm current terms before acting on an estimate.
