OKX vs Bitget vs Bybit: compare by the trader you are
Use an activity card to compare OKX, Bitget and Bybit. Selecting a venue from a base-fee ranking leaves the intended instrument, execution urgency and transfer path unanswered.
Write the activity before the shortlist
Describe the asset exposure required, whether completion can wait and the service the account must support. A trader who needs immediate derivatives execution has a different comparison from a buyer willing to leave a spot instruction resting.
| Activity | Evidence to collect |
|---|---|
| Immediate derivatives execution | Contract specifications, executable quote and taker schedule |
| Patient spot purchase | Pair availability, maker treatment and acceptable waiting conditions |
| Feature-dependent workflow | Applicable service terms and separate charges |
| Moving an existing balance | Supported network, destination details and transfer quote |

A feature is a separate dependency
If a tool determines the choice, verify that the relevant account can access it and establish its charging terms. The general order-book schedule cannot explain every service's economics. Unknown access or pricing should remain an explicit gap on the activity card.
Decide when the card is complete
Compare the historical fee inputs only after matching product scope. Then add account-specific pricing and regional permission. For an existing user, preserve recent receipts as the migration baseline. A move is defensible when the required activity works under evidenced conditions and the transfer costs are understood.
Record the reason to stay
Include existing operational habits in the migration decision. Export formats, address-book maintenance and the work of reconstructing historical transactions affect the effort needed to switch. These are user-specific considerations rather than scored venue capabilities. Give each unresolved dependency an owner and a way to verify it. If a destination fails a required dependency, leave it off the shortlist until that evidence changes; a superficially attractive commission does not complete the activity card.
Turn requirements into acceptance checks
A buyer moving savings may care about obtaining a downloadable receipt and keeping an address book accurate. Someone hedging an existing asset needs compatible contract units and a workable exit process. Neither requirement can be inferred from the other's checklist. Draft the intended journey in ordinary language, then verify each dependency against the chosen account. Keep failed checks visible rather than averaging them into a score. A missing required capability is a reason to defer that choice, even when the remaining fields look attractive.
For an export-dependent workflow, inspect a sample download for timestamp precision, timezone notation, denomination labels and stable identifiers. Document delimiter and encoding problems before importing it into an accounting workbook. These practical checks help establish whether the planned recordkeeping journey is workable without asserting any unverified platform capability.
