Allora says ALLO frozen: what Binance holders should check
The short answer
Allora says the ALLO tokens affected by the suspected Binance security incident have been frozen and are being returned in full, according to PANews's report published at 00:30 SGT on October 31. That statement describes an issuer's response; it does not establish that the return has finished or that a particular Binance account has received a credit. If you hold ALLO, check where your tokens sit and the status of your own balance or pending transfer before acting. PANews reports Allora's account.
This is a token-specific development following our Binance incident tracker. The useful question is whether the reported protection of the affected ALLO has progressed to a completed return. Allora's statement, as carried by the two reports opened for this article, does not give a transaction reference, token quantity or completion time.

What Allora says happened to the affected ALLO
PANews attributes several distinct statements to Allora. Some ALLO stored on Binance was affected by the incident. After identifying the problem, the team activated an emergency protection mechanism built into the token contract. According to that account, the attacker can no longer transfer, sell or use those tokens, and none of the affected ALLO had been sold or moved out of the attacker's wallet.
The report says the tokens are being returned in full to Binance. It also attributes to Allora the statements that the Allora network and the ALLO contract are secure, ALLO held outside Binance is unaffected, and the total token supply remains unchanged. These are statements by the issuer as reported by PANews, rather than a separate inspection of every holder's wallet.
Odaily published its account at 00:44 SGT on October 31 and carries the same points: the contract's emergency mechanism had been activated, the affected tokens could no longer be transferred or used, and a full return was in progress. Odaily's report describes the ALLO freeze and return.
Both publications trace the development to Allora. Their agreement confirms that they carried the same issuer account; it does not supply an independent on-chain reconstruction. Neither article supplies a receiving transaction that a reader could match against a completed return. Keep that distinction when sharing the news or deciding what a balance screen should show.
The wording also matters for time. A report of a return in progress does not give a deadline for completion. Avoid attaching a clock to the process from a different token, an earlier Binance headline or a screenshot with no time attached. The source timestamps above identify when these accounts were published, not when your transfer will clear.
A freeze, a return and an account credit answer different questions
The reported freeze addresses the attacker's ability to use a particular set of ALLO. The reported return addresses movement back to Binance. A user's account record answers the separate question of whether that user can see and use the amount they expect. The articles establish Allora's account of the first step and a return underway; they do not show the final account-level result.
For example, if you were waiting for an ALLO withdrawal before reading the headline, preserve that request's details. Compare the asset, amount, receiving network and status shown in your existing account. The issuer statement does not identify your request or instruct you to cancel it. Do not submit a replacement merely because the headline sounds as though every operational step has finished.
If your question concerns a deposit, inspect the deposit record you already have. Match the address and network against your own transfer information. Ask support about the particular mismatch if the records disagree. A general statement about tokens being returned cannot settle whether a particular deposit has been detected, credited or made available for another transaction.
The same precision applies to the word “full.” In these reports it describes the affected ALLO that Allora says is being returned. It is not a dollar total for the wider Binance incident. The reports give no token quantity from which to calculate a percentage of the incident's assets, and no valuation time with which to produce a recovery figure in dollars.
Do not add an ALLO return estimate to a separate frozen-assets total without evidence showing what each total includes. The two reports do not provide that reconciliation. A reader can follow this development without turning it into a fresh estimate of the platform's overall loss or remaining funding requirement.
Start with where you hold ALLO
Allora's reported statement distinguishes ALLO held on Binance from ALLO held elsewhere. For someone holding ALLO outside Binance, the relevant issuer claim is that those holdings were unaffected and that the network and contract were secure. Preserve that attribution; the statement does not ask outside holders to migrate their tokens or connect a wallet to claim a replacement.
If a message tells you to move outside-held ALLO to a new contract because of this incident, compare that demand with the actual report. Neither opened article announces a replacement contract, a migration form or a wallet connection process. Do not follow a new procedure merely because a sender includes the ALLO name and repeats part of the freeze headline.
For ALLO on Binance, begin inside the app or website you already use. Record the balance and any pending request, including the status wording and the time at which you checked it. If you need support, ask about that specific record. A question about the availability of your ALLO is more precise than asking whether the issuer has “fixed everything.”
If you have ALLO in more than one place, review each holding separately. The issuer's description of outside holdings does not identify what appears in an exchange account. Likewise, an exchange balance does not show the condition of a separate wallet. Use the location of the asset to choose the record you need, rather than treating the ticker as a single account.
There is no instruction in these reports to send additional tokens to receive the returned amount. If an unsolicited message presents such a demand as an Allora recovery requirement, leave it unanswered and check through the official channels you already know. The reports offer no support for an advance payment, a compensation claim link or a private-message verification step.
What unchanged supply does and does not explain
Allora says the total ALLO supply remains unchanged. That statement concerns the token total. It does not give the quantity affected in this incident, identify every address involved or specify which exchange account will receive which amount. Do not use unchanged supply as a substitute for those missing details.
A trader interested in possible market selling should also keep the statement narrow. The issuer says the affected tokens had not been sold or moved from the attacker's wallet and could no longer be transferred, sold or used. That is the reported condition of this group of tokens. The publications do not measure market-wide selling, order-book depth or subsequent ALLO returns.
Without a sourced ALLO price series and an observation time, this development cannot support a claim that the freeze caused a rally or prevented a particular price decline. Neither report includes such a comparison. A headline about the contract response should stay with that response; price questions require their own market observations.
The same applies to contract mechanics. The articles name a built-in emergency protection mechanism but do not publish its code path, permission structure or complete execution record. It would go beyond the opened sources to describe a specific burn, mint, blacklist design or administrator transaction. The verified reporting is the issuer's description of the result it says it achieved.
Keep market monitoring separate from your transfer record
If you are also monitoring the wider incident's trading effects, use the liquidations board for its displayed market observations. Check the time window and venue coverage shown there before comparing it with a separate claim about token recovery. This article makes no new liquidation estimate from the ALLO statement.
The funding-rates board serves a different question about the rates displayed for the markets it covers. A funding observation cannot tell you whether the ALLO return has completed or whether your pending transfer has changed status. Keep the transaction record open alongside any market screen if your decision depends on moving funds.
For someone preparing an order, write down what needs to be available before the order makes sense. If that condition is a completed ALLO deposit or withdrawal, check that exact condition. Avoid treating positive news about the issuer's response as a replacement for an available balance or a completed transfer in your own records.
Quick answers for ALLO holders
Has Allora said every affected token is already back at Binance?
The opened reports say a full return is underway. They do not provide a completion transaction or state a deadline. A later completed-return statement would be a new development, and should be checked against its own publication time and supporting record.
Does the report say ALLO outside Binance was affected?
Allora says outside-held ALLO was unaffected, according to both publications. If you hold ALLO elsewhere, the reported response does not contain a request to move it, exchange it for a replacement or submit a compensation form.
Can the affected quantity or dollar value be calculated here?
Neither report gives the affected quantity or a valuation. “In full” describes Allora's intended return of the affected ALLO. It does not provide a numerical recovery total for Binance, and it cannot be combined with other incident figures without checking their scope.
What should I do with a private compensation link?
Do not connect a wallet, send funds or disclose account access because of an unsolicited compensation link or direct message. Open the official app or a trusted saved channel independently and check the claim there. If your ALLO transfer remains pending, retain its reference and ask about that transfer through the support route available in your existing account.
