Can your Binance transfer finish? Check the 6 reported asset-network routes
The short answer
Check the asset and the network together before treating a withdrawal reopening as permission to send. Odaily reported on November 1 at 15:54 SGT that Binance had resumed USDC, USDT and ETH withdrawals on Ethereum, plus USDC, USDT and BNB withdrawals on BNB Smart Chain. That gives six reported asset-network combinations across two networks; it does not establish that your particular transfer has completed. Odaily's withdrawal report.
The useful question for a customer is narrower than whether withdrawals are “back”: does the route match the destination, and what evidence exists for the individual transfer? For the wider incident, see our existing Binance incident tracker. The route list leaves account availability, processing deadlines and other assets unresolved.

Read the reopening as a route list
Odaily attributes its report to a Binance update on X. ChainCatcher also reports withdrawals for the same assets on the same networks. Both describe further restoration in stages after security checks. Because both accounts trace back to Binance's statement, their agreement is not independent proof that each route is working for every customer. ChainCatcher's report.
The asset-network pairs are the relevant unit. USDC on Ethereum and USDC on BNB Smart Chain appear separately because the report names both networks. USDT also appears on both. ETH is named for Ethereum, while BNB is named for BNB Smart Chain. The total of six is our count of the reported combinations, not a count of six different coins or six completed customer withdrawals.

| Reported network | Assets named in the report | What the list leaves unresolved |
|---|---|---|
| Ethereum | USDC, USDT, ETH | The status of an individual withdrawal and the receiving account |
| BNB Smart Chain | USDC, USDT, BNB | The status of an individual withdrawal and the receiving account |

Treat an asset absent from this list as unanswered by these reports. The same applies to a network absent from the list. An omission does not prove permanent unavailability, and a report naming one route cannot be stretched into a claim about another route carrying the same ticker.
Separate route availability from your transfer record
A public reopening statement answers a service-level question. A customer trying to account for funds needs evidence tied to their own instruction. Keep the route report and your transfer record side by side, rather than allowing the headline to stand in for the record.
For a transfer you already requested, collect the asset, selected network, amount, destination and request time from your existing records. Keep the current status text exactly as shown. If a transaction identifier is provided, preserve that too. Use the fields available in your account and retain the exact wording.
Ethereum documentation describes a transaction hash being generated after submission, followed by broadcast to the network and inclusion in a transaction pool. A validator includes the transaction in a block before subsequent confirmation stages. A hash therefore needs to be read alongside the later transaction state. This describes Ethereum mechanics, without confirming any particular withdrawal or BSC transaction. Ethereum transaction documentation.
Then identify the last step you can actually support. You may have evidence of submitting a request. You may have a transaction record to examine. You may have a receiving balance that reflects the transfer. Describe the stage with the evidence you have instead of replacing an uncertain status with “withdrawals resumed.”
If the sender and recipient records do not agree, save both. A report about service restoration does not resolve a discrepancy between those records. An enquiry becomes more useful when it identifies the exact asset-network pair and the record that needs explaining, rather than asking whether the exchange has reopened in general.
Avoid creating another transfer solely because the first has not appeared where you expected. Establish what happened to the existing instruction before deciding whether to send again. Check the actual instruction before considering cancellation, acceleration or resubmission; those options are not established by the reports.
Check the receiving side before a new withdrawal
The reports describe withdrawals from Binance. They do not establish what your intended destination can accept. Before starting a new transfer, obtain the receiving instructions from the destination you actually control or use. Compare those instructions with the asset and network you plan to select on the sending side.
Write down the pair in full. “USDT, Ethereum” is a more useful instruction than “USDT.” “USDC, BNB Smart Chain” gives a different route from “USDC, Ethereum,” even though the ticker repeats. This follows directly from the report's separate network entries and avoids silently treating the two entries as interchangeable.
Check the complete destination address against the receiving instructions. Where the destination specifies an additional reference, verify that instruction too. This article does not claim that any particular asset in the reported list requires one. The purpose is to use the destination's actual requirements, without importing a procedure from another asset or an old transfer.
Read the current amount and charge information displayed before authorizing anything. Neither report supplies a fee schedule, a minimum withdrawal amount or a customer-specific limit. If a charge changes your intended amount, reassess the transfer using the figures in front of you.
A small test transfer may be an option to consider after checking the destination, the charges and your own constraints. It would still be a separate transfer with its own outcome. A successful test should not be described as a promise that another amount, another asset or a later request will receive identical treatment.
The unresolved part is the individual result
There are two different gaps to watch. One concerns the wider service: which additional assets or networks will be restored, and when? The other concerns your funds: where has your instruction reached? The published accounts give a staged-restoration statement for the first question but do not answer the second.
According to Odaily, Binance said further assets and networks would return after relevant security checks, with progress announced through official channels. The report does not give a completion schedule for the entire restoration. Assigning a deadline to the remaining routes would add a fact the report does not contain. Odaily's account of the staged process.
The same restraint applies to queue size and speed. These two reports do not measure the time between a customer requesting a withdrawal and receiving funds. They do not provide a sample of completed transfers. A headline naming reopened routes cannot supply an average wait or support a statement that every pending instruction has cleared.
For your own records, record the time of each observation with its timezone. The Odaily publication time used here is 15:54 SGT on November 1; it is a report timestamp, rather than a measured start time for every route. Keeping that distinction prevents a news timestamp from becoming a made-up processing clock for your transfer.
A reopening does not settle the balance-sheet question
Readers may also want to know what the reopening says about the exchange's ability to meet obligations. Our interpretation is that a route update has a limited scope: it describes the service Binance says it has restored. Those facts alone cannot establish the exchange's full assets, liabilities or the result of any individual customer's claim.
The two reports opened for this analysis do not contain an audited balance sheet or a reconciliation of all customer obligations. They also do not independently reconstruct every withdrawal. It would therefore be unsupported to turn this route list into either a solvency assurance or an insolvency conclusion.
That leaves a practical distinction for readers following a developing incident. Use the reopening report to narrow the service checks you need to make. Use evidence specifically addressing reserves, obligations or an incident investigation to assess those separate questions when such evidence is available. Do not let the same short statement answer every question about the platform.
A route may matter greatly to someone waiting to move USDT on Ethereum while saying little about someone holding an unlisted asset. Keep the analysis tied to the funds and instruction in front of you. That is also why this article makes no estimate of losses or recoveries from the restoration report.
Keep recovery messages outside the transfer process
If a message claims to help you withdraw, reach the service through your existing app or a destination you have independently checked. Do not use a forwarded “recovery” link as evidence that a route has reopened. Compare any instruction against the information you reach yourself before taking action.
A request to send money elsewhere, reveal a recovery phrase or approve an unexplained wallet action is a separate decision from checking a withdrawal record. Pause that decision and verify who is asking. Verify the request through a channel you reached independently.
When contacting support through a channel you have verified, describe the missing evidence. State the asset, selected network and the relevant request reference. Share only the transaction details needed to identify the issue. A conversation about the general news headline will not identify which step of your own transfer needs attention.
Quick answers
Does USDT reopening on Ethereum establish USDT availability on another network?
The report separately names Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain. It supports the reported list for those networks. It does not establish the status of an unnamed USDT route or your destination's ability to receive it.
Does the report prove that an older withdrawal is complete?
It contains no record of your withdrawal. Check the existing instruction and receiving record, keeping any transaction identifier supplied. The public statement cannot replace evidence tied to that transfer.
Is there a published deadline for the remaining routes?
The accounts opened here describe restoration in stages following security checks. They give no final deadline. Watch for the next statement naming the particular asset and network you need, while retaining the records for any request already submitted.
