How to buy Bitget rToken stocks: pay in USDT from 1 USDT, with 24/7 trading on 90 tickers
The short answer
You buy a Bitget rToken the same way you buy a crypto pair: fund your Bitget account with USDT, search for the stock ticker with an "r" in front (rNVDA for Nvidia, rAAPL for Apple), and place a market or limit order. Bitget's rToken FAQ says the minimum order is 1 USDT or 10 USDT depending on the asset, fractional amounts are allowed, and each token is backed 1:1 by the underlying US share held at Alpaca Securities. All rTokens trade 24 hours a day, five days a week; 90 major tickers also trade on weekends. (Bitget rToken FAQ)
For fees, NexuAlpha's partner registry, opened on 3 November, records a 60% reader share of eligible Bitget trading fees, settled daily, when the account is opened through the route on our Bitget fees and sign-up page. The Bitget pages we opened do not state the retail fee rate for rToken orders, so read the fee line on your own order confirmation before counting on any figure.

What you are buying
An rToken is a token that represents beneficial rights to a US stock or ETF. It is issued by Reality, a platform Bitget describes as strategically backed by Bitget, and the product launched on 2 June 2026. Each rToken is quoted and traded in USDT.
Bitget's FAQ lists what holders get and what they do not:
- Price exposure. The token tracks the underlying stock 1:1.
- Dividends. Net cash dividends arrive automatically in USDT. The custodian broker withholds a default 30% US tax, and Bitget says this applies the same way regardless of where you live.
- Corporate actions. Splits, reverse splits and supported stock dividends are adjusted automatically in your holdings.
- Not included. Shareholder voting rights and direct share registration.
On custody, the FAQ says the shares are held by Alpaca Securities, a licensed US broker, registered under a bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle that only token holders have recourse to. Reality engages The Network Firm, which Bitget describes as a US-registered accounting firm, to publish daily proof-of-reserves reports.
The catalogue is large. The FAQ said more than 1,700 rTokens as of August 2026. A Bitget listing note dated 19 October 2026 said the count had reached 3,035 after a batch that added ADRs such as Tencent (rTCEHY), BYD (rBYDDY) and Xiaomi (rXIACY), plus leveraged ETFs such as rNVDX, a 2x long Nvidia fund. (Bitget listing note, 19 October 2026)
rToken or Stock+: pick the right product first
Bitget runs two stock products under the name Bitget Stocks 2.0, and the search "Bitget tokenized stocks" can land you in either. The FAQ compares them:
Article table: scroll horizontally, or focus the table area and use the arrow keys.
| rToken | Stock+ | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Tokenized stock (RWA token) | Real shares with direct ownership |
| Assets listed | 1,700+ (FAQ, August); 3,035 (19 October note) | 10,000+ |
| Settlement coin | USDT | USDC |
| Trading hours | 24/5, with 24/7 on 90 major tickers | 24/5 |
| Usable as unified-account margin | Yes | No |
| Lending, API, on-chain use | Yes | No |
| Voting rights | No | Yes, per the FAQ's description |
If you want shareholder rights and a brokerage-style account, Stock+ is the product the FAQ points to. If you want stock exposure that sits next to your crypto, can be used as collateral and is paid for in USDT, that is rToken. The rest of this guide covers rToken.
What this means for you: buying an rToken step by step
- Open or log in to a Bitget account. If you are new, start from our Bitget page, which carries the sign-up route recorded in our partner registry.
- Hold USDT in the account. rTokens are priced in USDT. If you hold USDC or another coin, convert it first, or deposit USDT on a network Bitget supports.
- Go to the stocks section and search the ticker with an "r". For Nvidia, search rNVDA; for the S&P 500 ETF, rSPY; for the Nasdaq 100 ETF, rQQQ. The FAQ uses these exact names. Our Nvidia tokenized stock page collects NVDA token coverage in one place.
- Choose the amount. Fractional orders are allowed. The minimum is 1 USDT or 10 USDT depending on the asset.
- Choose market or limit. For limit orders, Bitget added two time-in-force options on 20 October 2026. Good-Till-Canceled is the default and keeps the order open up to 90 days. Good-for-Session cancels an unfilled order at the end of the current session. (Bitget time-in-force note)
- Check the confirmation. Before you submit, read the fee line and the estimated fill price. After the fill, the token sits in your spot balance.
Two details from the time-in-force note catch people out. Fractional-share orders fill only during fractional-share trading hours, not during whole-share hours. And if the stock goes through a corporate action such as an ex-dividend adjustment or a split, Bitget automatically cancels related unfilled orders. If your limit order disappears around a dividend date, that is the likely reason; place it again.

When you can trade, in Singapore time
The FAQ gives rToken hours in US Eastern Time. With US daylight saving over since 1 November, Eastern Time is UTC−5, which is 13 hours behind SGT. Converted:
Article table: scroll horizontally, or focus the table area and use the arrow keys.
| Session (ET) | Hours (ET) | Hours (SGT, next day where noted) |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-market | 04:00–09:30 | 17:00–22:30 |
| Regular | 09:30–16:00 | 22:30–05:00 |
| After-hours | 16:00–20:00 | 05:00–09:00 |
| Overnight | 20:00–04:00 | 09:00–17:00 |
That covers the five US trading days. On weekends and US market holidays, only the 90 major rTokens trade, a group that includes rAAPL, rNVDA, rTSLA, rMSFT, rSPY and rQQQ.
Price formation changes with the clock. During US market hours, the FAQ says rToken spot orders are routed to the Nasdaq and NYSE order books through Alpaca Securities, so execution reflects the stock market price. On weekends and holidays, Bitget provides liquidity itself, and the FAQ warns that depth, spreads and pricing may differ from regular hours. A weekend market order on a thin ticker can fill further from Friday's close than you expect; a limit order caps that.
Fees and the rebate
The FAQ's fee answer addresses institutional pricing only: it says the VIP programme applies to non-institutional users and that institutional fees are negotiated separately. It does not print a retail rate for rToken orders, and we did not find one on the pages opened for this article.
What we can source is the reader side. NexuAlpha's partner registry records a 60% share of eligible Bitget fees, settled daily and automatically. It also records a general Bitget spot taker rate of 0.10%. If your rToken order were charged that rate, a 1,000 USDT purchase would cost 1 USDT in fees (1,000 × 0.10%), and 60% of that fee, 0.60 USDT, would come back to you. The share applies to the fee, not to the 1,000 USDT you invested. Replace 0.10% with the rate on your own confirmation, because we have not confirmed that rToken orders use the general spot rate.
The rebate path runs through the account route on our Bitget page; the code and terms shown there come from the partner registry.
Leverage, collateral and loans: the part with real risk
Buying an rToken outright is the simple case. Bitget also lets eligible users go further, and each step adds risk.
- Margin. Through margin lending in the unified trading account, supported rTokens can be traded with leverage up to 10x, depending on the asset, account and risk settings.
- Collateral. Over 100 rTokens count as unified-account collateral, some at ratios up to 95%.
- Crypto Loans. Supported rTokens can back a loan. For many tokens the FAQ lists an initial loan-to-value ratio of 78%, a margin call at 85% and liquidation at 91%. Its example: a $10,000 rToken position at 78% initial LTV supports a loan of up to $7,800. The per-token loan cap ranges from 1.2 million to 2 million USDT.
The FAQ names the danger directly: if US stocks gap down at Monday's open after a weekend, the rToken price can breach the margin-call level quickly. Losses on other assets in the same unified account can add to the pressure. If you borrow against rTokens, keep the LTV well below 85% going into a weekend or an earnings date.
Ways to buy without placing each order
The FAQ lists three automated routes. Auto-invest buys a chosen rToken on a schedule you set. Smart Portfolio holds rTokens and crypto in one rebalanced basket; the FAQ's example is rNVDA, rAAPL, rQQQ, BTC and ETH. Since 12 August 2026, supported rTokens also work with the spot trend-following bot, using moving averages, Bollinger Bands, RSI or custom parameters. For developers, Bitget opened the rToken spot API on 11 August 2026 with no whitelist and a limit of 30 order requests per second per user ID.
Mergers, delistings and other corporate actions
Splits and dividends are automatic, but they are not the only events that can change a stock. The FAQ says supported mergers and spin-offs are handled the way the underlying stock is treated, with Reality and Bitget adjusting rToken positions for the specific action. Rights offerings, tender offers and delistings are handled case by case, and Bitget says it will announce the treatment, timeline and settlement details through official channels. If a company you hold announces one of these, watch Bitget's support centre for the matching notice rather than assuming the rToken follows the share automatically.
Supply is tied to that structure through mint-and-burn: rTokens are minted when eligible tokens are purchased or issued, and burned when they are redeemed or removed from circulation, according to the FAQ.
What we could not confirm
- The retail trading fee rate for rToken orders.
- Which countries can access rTokens. The FAQ does not list eligible regions; the app shows whether your account can trade them.
- The full current list of the 90 tickers with weekend trading.

Quick answers
What is the minimum amount to buy an rToken?
1 USDT or 10 USDT, depending on the asset. Fractional amounts are allowed.
Do rToken holders get dividends?
Yes, as net cash in USDT after a default 30% US withholding, according to Bitget's FAQ. Voting rights are not included.
Can I buy rNVDA on a Saturday?
rNVDA is among the 90 major rTokens the FAQ lists for 24/7 trading, so yes. Weekend prices come from Bitget's own liquidity, not the Nasdaq order book.
Is an rToken the same as owning the share?
No. It is a token representing beneficial rights to a share held by Alpaca Securities in a bankruptcy-remote vehicle. Bitget's Stock+ product is the one the FAQ describes as direct share ownership.
