Binance SOL deposit not credited: check the transaction before sending again
The short answer
For a SOL transfer missing from Binance, compare the original transaction with your account’s SOL deposit screen: asset, network, destination, amount and status. Binance’s deposit troubleshooting guide identifies confirmation requirements, unsupported assets or networks, address errors, deposit minimums and wallet maintenance as separate reasons for a missing credit. Check which one fits your transfer before making another payment; a second transfer will not identify what happened to the first.
The official instructions opened on November 6, 2026 SGT explain how to investigate deposits generally. They do not establish that SOL deposits over Solana are open for your account at this moment, nor a SOL-specific confirmation count or minimum amount. Read those fields on the account’s deposit screen. Source: Binance’s deposit troubleshooting guide.
Our Binance account overview provides the venue background. For an already-sent transfer, start with its receipt and work toward the receiving account, rather than starting a new deposit.

Put the sending record beside the receiving screen
Open the record of the withdrawal from the platform or wallet you used. Copy its transaction identifier, the asset, selected network, destination address, amount and displayed status into a private note. Include the time shown on the receipt and its timezone. If the record has an order number and a blockchain transaction identifier, retain both with clear labels. This makes a later support request about one identifiable transfer.
Next, open Binance’s crypto deposit page and select SOL. Check the network options actually offered to the account. Compare the destination shown for the relevant network with the address on the sending record. Binance’s crypto deposit instructions explain that the asset and network are chosen before the receiving address is displayed. Use that sequence when reconstructing what you intended to send.
Read the whole destination rather than relying on the first or last few characters. Record any discrepancy without trying to repair it through another transaction. If you cannot find the original sending record, recover that record first. A recollection of the amount or a screenshot of a balance is a weak starting point for tracing a particular deposit.
Keep the intended route separate from the completed route. You may have intended to send SOL on Solana; the useful evidence is what the withdrawal record actually says. If the record names a different asset or network, investigate that combination. Do not rename it SOL simply because that was the balance you hoped would appear.
Check confirmation before assuming a crediting fault
Binance says each cryptocurrency has its own required network confirmations. Its troubleshooting page includes a Bitcoin example, which cannot answer a SOL confirmation question. Take the requirement shown for your selected asset and network from the deposit interface and compare it with the transaction record.
If a withdrawal is still waiting to be sent by the originating platform, record that status. If it has a transaction identifier, inspect the corresponding blockchain record and retain its status. A successful withdrawal label and a credited receiving balance are different records to reconcile. Write down which stage you can actually demonstrate rather than describing every delay as a Binance failure.
The recovery instructions make the distinction useful: Binance asks applicants to use blockchain transactions marked confirmed or successful, and directs failed or unconfirmed cases back toward the relevant sending platform. Source: Binance’s self-service recovery instructions.
If the blockchain record cannot be found, check that you copied the transaction identifier rather than the withdrawal order number. Keep the original spelling and avoid retyping a long identifier. A search using the wrong record cannot establish whether the real transfer arrived, failed or remained pending.

Match the address and the network as one route
Binance’s deposit instructions tell users to match the receiving network with the network used at withdrawal. Apply that rule to the original transfer. Compare both network labels and both addresses before deciding that an address match settles the issue. Save the relevant screen information so a support reviewer can see the route you are describing.
An unsupported route is a different problem from a transaction still awaiting confirmations. The troubleshooting page says unsupported tokens or networks may lead to loss. It does not promise that an application can reverse every mistake. If your transfer used a route absent from the receiving screen, state that fact when requesting help instead of presenting the case as routine slow processing.
The general guide also covers memo or tag errors for assets that require them. Follow the field requirements actually shown for the selected deposit. The guide’s examples do not justify inventing a mandatory memo for a SOL transfer. If you are unsure which field belonged to your transaction, ask about that specific field and retain the original receipt.
For a destination mismatch, document the receiving address from the actual transaction and the address you intended to use. Do not send a corrective amount to an address supplied through an unsolicited message. Continue the investigation through the account’s own support route, with the transaction record attached.
Read the minimum and maintenance status for this deposit
Binance identifies an amount below the deposit minimum as another reason a transfer is not credited. The source directs readers to the crypto deposit screen for that minimum. Compare the amount relevant to your transfer with the requirement displayed for SOL and the selected network. Preserve what the sending record says about the amount instead of replacing it with a rounded estimate.
The pages opened for this article do not provide a SOL minimum that can be quoted here. A Bitcoin example, another exchange’s SOL requirement or a previous deposit does not supply the missing figure. If the amount appears below the minimum, describe that discrepancy to support; do not assume that sending the difference will combine the transfers or make the first one creditable.
Wallet maintenance needs a separate check. Binance’s troubleshooting guide says deposits are temporarily suspended while a wallet is under maintenance. Read the status shown for the asset and network you used. A notice about another asset or another network cannot explain your SOL transaction on its own.
Keep the time of your status check. A screen read after the transfer describes the state you observed then; it does not reconstruct the state at the time you sent. When asking for help, provide the transaction time and the time you checked the receiving status. That lets the question remain precise without inventing a maintenance timeline.
Look in the receiving wallet you selected
Binance’s deposit guide describes a choice between Spot Wallet and Funding Wallet. Its website instructions place the choice beside the selected wallet, while the app instructions put it under More Details. Inspect the account areas relevant to the selection you made before treating an absent spot balance as proof that the deposit never arrived.
Check transaction history as well as the balance page. Binance’s guide points website users to Wallet and Transaction History, and app users to the history icon in Wallets and Spot. Search for the original transfer using its asset and receipt information. If the history shows a credit, retain that entry and compare it with the wallet you were viewing.
Keep a deposit investigation separate from a trading investigation. A missing buy order, an open order or a balance shown in another account area asks a different question from whether the incoming transfer received a credit. First establish the deposit entry, then inspect any later movement you actually find. Do not infer later trades from the absence of funds on one screen.
Prepare a recovery request that matches the transaction
Binance’s recovery page distinguishes deposits into your own Binance account from withdrawals and transfers to someone else’s account. Read the eligibility section before applying. For a qualifying deposit, its instructions ask for the transaction identifier and transaction details, including the coin, network, receiving address and amount.
Review any information the form fills automatically. Compare it with the sending receipt and blockchain record, then correct mismatches before submitting. If a field is empty, use the transaction evidence rather than copying an example from a tutorial. A SOL question should retain the actual asset and route throughout the request.
Check for an existing credit immediately before applying. Binance lists an already-arrived transaction among rejection reasons and asks users not to submit the same arrived transaction again. It also names mismatched amounts, incorrect identifiers and unconfirmed or unfound transactions. Use those reasons as a final review of the evidence you are sending.
Read the proposed handling and any charge in the application record. Different recovery scenarios are listed separately in the official instructions; none of their example timings establishes when your particular SOL transfer will be credited. Ask which category your transaction falls into instead of assigning it a fee or completion date yourself.
Quick answers
How many confirmations does a SOL deposit need on Binance?
Use the requirement displayed for SOL and the selected network in your account. The opened troubleshooting page says requirements vary by cryptocurrency; its Bitcoin example is not a SOL rule.
Should I make another deposit to release the first one?
Investigate the original identifier, address, network and amount first. The opened pages do not establish that a second transfer releases or repairs the first. If the initial amount was below a minimum, ask how that specific deposit is handled before sending more.
Where should I look if the transfer appears successful?
Compare the blockchain record with Binance transaction history and the selected receiving wallet. If there is still no credit, open the account’s support or eligible recovery route with the original transaction identifier, destination, network and amount.
What information is still account-specific?
Current SOL network availability, the applicable minimum, required confirmations and the outcome of an individual recovery request need the account’s own screens or a case response. Return to the Binance venue overview for background, and keep your investigation attached to the original transaction.
