Bitget FTNT, EWZS and PFE Stock Perpetuals: Trading, Fees and 20x Limits
The short answer
Bitget's FTNTUSDT, EWZSUSDT and PFEUSDT stock perpetual futures give traders USDT-settled exposure to Fortinet, a Brazilian small-cap ETF and Pfizer, with a published maximum leverage of 20x. To trade the intended product, match the complete contract symbol and check your account's product access before choosing an order size: the announcement lists derivatives, with no ownership or dividend rights in the underlying assets. Bitget's October 29 listing announcement.
The practical benefit is a choice of three distinct underlying exposures in the same settlement asset. The decision starts with the instrument you want and the cost of carrying it. A stock-related name in a trading menu does not by itself tell you whether you are looking at a perpetual, a tokenized product or a security. The Bitget product overview provides a starting point for comparing the venue's products.
Bitget dated its announcement October 29, 2026, with the page showing 14:26 SGT. Its published specification is 24-hour trading, seven days a week, with funding settlements once every eight hours. The official contract-data response opened for this report also lists all three symbols with normal status, a maximum leverage of 20 and an eight-hour funding interval. These are two Bitget records of the products, rather than independent reporting by another outlet. Official USDT futures contract data.

FTNT, EWZS and PFE refer to different exposures
The announcement identifies FTNT as Fortinet, a cybersecurity company. It describes products including network security, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud security and security operations. Its stated business drivers include enterprise security spending and large-enterprise order momentum. Those descriptions identify the underlying company; they do not establish a current earnings surprise or a reason for a price move today.
EWZS is the iShares MSCI Brazil Small-Cap ETF. Bitget says it tracks the MSCI Brazil Small Cap Index and covers companies in sectors including consumer businesses, industrials, financials and utilities. A trader looking for this Brazilian equity exposure should therefore distinguish EWZS from either of the two company-specific contracts. Bitget's announcement names Brazilian rates, foreign exchange and capital flows among the underlying exposure's drivers. It gives no current reading for any of them.
PFE refers to Pfizer. The announcement describes a pharmaceutical portfolio covering vaccines, oncology, anti-infectives, inflammation and immunology, and internal medicine. It names pipeline developments, approvals, patent expiries and drug pricing policy as relevant factors. It does not report a new drug approval or change to Pfizer's financial results. Underlying descriptions in the listing notice.
Use these distinctions when choosing a symbol. If the intended exposure is Brazilian small companies, an order for PFEUSDT does not answer that objective. If the intention is Pfizer specifically, EWZSUSDT introduces a different underlying. Write the full symbol beside the purpose of the trade before entering the order screen; the common USDT suffix describes the settlement asset, not a common investment thesis.
Announced terms and the current contract records
The listing notice gives the same headline parameters for the three additions: USDT settlement, a 0.01 tick size, leverage up to 20x, continuous trading and funding once every eight hours. The live product records add fields useful when preparing an order:
Article table: scroll horizontally, or focus the table area and use the arrow keys.
| Contract | Status in opened response | Minimum trade value | Maximum leverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| FTNTUSDT | normal | 5 USDT | 20x |
| EWZSUSDT | normal | 5 USDT | 20x |
| PFEUSDT | normal | 5 USDT | 20x |
The response lists a minimum trade quantity of 0.01 for each symbol and supports USDT as margin. Treat the quantity and the 5 USDT minimum value as separate checks. A quantity that matches a quantity increment still needs to meet the contract's value requirement. Bitget contract specifications.

One detail deserves an order-screen check. The announcement says 0.01 for tick size across the additions, while the product response gives pricePlace: 2 for FTNTUSDT and pricePlace: 3 for EWZSUSDT and PFEUSDT. Each has priceEndStep: 1. The announcement and the more granular fields therefore should not be flattened into a single assertion about the permitted price entry on every current ticket. Check the price increment actually accepted by the selected contract before submitting a limit order.
Bitget also says it may adjust leverage and margin parameters. Preserve the symbol and the specification time in your own notes, then compare those records with the order ticket. The 20x figure describes a published ceiling; it is not an instruction to choose that setting or proof that every account can use it.
Trading fees and funding are separate calculations
For all three symbols, the opened contract response gives takerFeeRate: 0.0006. Written as a percentage, 0.0006 multiplied by 100 equals 0.06%. The response is the source for that product rate; check the actual fee shown for your account before entering an order. Fee fields in Bitget's product response.
A worked example helps put the rate in the right units. For a hypothetical 1,000 USDT executed trade at 0.06%, the arithmetic is 1,000 × 0.0006 = 0.60 USDT. For a hypothetical 10,000 USDT executed trade, it is 10,000 × 0.0006 = 6 USDT. These are examples of one execution at the stated rate. They do not describe the cost of every order or an entire position from opening to closing.
If an illustrative opening execution and closing execution were each 1,000 USDT and each charged at that rate, the two trading fees would total 0.60 + 0.60 = 1.20 USDT. Keeping the two executions visible prevents a single-trade number from being mistaken for a completed trade's total. Different executed values require recalculating each side separately.
The eight-hour figure concerns funding settlement frequency. It does not specify the current funding percentage, the next payment amount or which side will pay at the next settlement. Neither the listing notice nor the contract response used here supplies a current funding rate. Before carrying a position through a funding boundary, read the selected contract's current funding display and scheduled settlement time.
A cost worksheet can therefore have separate lines for the opening execution, the intended closing execution and any funding applicable during the holding period. Fill each with the relevant displayed value. Leaving the funding line unfilled until you have that number is more useful than treating the eight-hour interval as a rate.
What this means for you
Start by locating the complete symbol FTNTUSDT, EWZSUSDT or PFEUSDT in the futures product list. Confirm that the ticket says perpetual and that the settlement or margin asset is USDT. The announcement directs users to Bitget's website or app but does not provide a country-by-country eligibility table. Account access must therefore be checked inside the product flow rather than inferred from the public listing.
Next, compare your intended order quantity with both minimum requirements in the product record. Read the permitted price increment in the ticket, especially for EWZSUSDT and PFEUSDT, where the precision fields differ from the announcement's shared tick-size row. If the ticket rejects an entry, inspect the field it identifies before changing the quantity or price.
Choose the position size before selecting leverage. In a purely illustrative 20x ratio, 1,000 USDT of exposure divided by 20 equals 50 USDT. That arithmetic describes the ratio only; it is not a calculation of the account's required margin or liquidation price. The notice does not supply the complete margin tiers needed to derive either figure for a particular position. Read those fields in the selected ticket instead of treating 50 USDT as an all-in budget.
Then inspect the estimated trading fee and the funding display. Compare them with the holding period you intend. A trade designed to stay open beyond an eight-hour interval needs a funding check as well as an execution-fee calculation. Record the applicable rate rather than copying a number from a different stock contract.
Finally, review the symbol, direction, order value and price together before confirming. The Bitget profile and product links keep venue context beside these checks. The tokenized-stocks hub is useful for comparing product categories; a hub label does not turn these perpetual contracts into underlying share ownership.
What the listing changes for stock-focused traders
The confirmed change is the addition of three named stock-related perpetual contracts on October 29. Bitget's 24/7 specification may matter to someone planning activity outside an underlying market's usual session, but it does not establish that the underlying asset itself trades continuously. The listing supplies no weekend liquidity measurement or spread data.
For an existing position, check whether its symbol and product type match the new contracts before drawing a comparison. A position described only as “Pfizer” leaves out whether it is the underlying security or a derivative. Bitget explicitly says these products confer neither underlying ownership nor dividends or voting rights. That product distinction affects what the holder is buying and belongs in the trade decision.
The announcement also does not establish current account eligibility by country, a current funding rate, a price trend or an earnings catalyst for any of the three underlyings. Those gaps are specific to this trade preparation: eligibility belongs in the account access check, funding in the contract display, and any claimed catalyst in a separate dated source.
Quick answers
Can I receive Pfizer dividends through PFEUSDT?
The listing says the product does not provide dividends or shareholder rights. PFEUSDT is the named USDT-settled perpetual contract. It should be identified that way when recording the position.
Does eight-hour funding mean a fixed eight-hour fee?
The published number is the settlement interval. A payment calculation also needs the applicable rate and position information. The sources opened here do not establish that rate.
Is the 0.06% example the whole trade cost?
It is the stated product rate applied to one hypothetical execution. Calculate another execution separately, then check funding for the period the position remains open. The example's 6 USDT applies to a 10,000 USDT execution, not to a deposit of that amount.
