Bitget SOL deposit not credited: check 32 confirmations and the receiving account
The short answer
For a SOL deposit missing from Bitget, compare the transaction ID, destination address and network with your current deposit screen, then check the account selected to receive it. Bitget's public SOL settings at 04:46:37 SGT on 4 November showed deposits enabled, a minimum deposit of 0.00010699 SOL and a deposit-confirmation setting of 32. Those settings help identify what to check; they do not show whether your particular transfer has reached your account.
The first useful document is the sending platform's withdrawal record. Keep its transaction ID, actual amount sent and network beside Bitget's deposit details. The official mobile deposit guide tells users with a missing deposit to check the transaction on a blockchain explorer, verify the address and network, and submit a ticket with the transaction ID if assistance is needed. Our Bitget exchange profile provides a starting point for identifying the service before you examine your own account.

What the SOL settings actually showed
The public response identifies the coin as SOL and its network row as SOL. In that row, rechargeable was true, depositConfirm was 32, minDepositAmount was 0.00010699 and needTag was false. The response also named Solscan as the transaction explorer. These are observations from one retrieval of Bitget's settings, rather than an inspection of a customer's transfer.
Article table: scroll horizontally, or focus the table area and use the arrow keys.
| Setting | Observed value | Reader's check |
|---|---|---|
| Coin and network row | SOL / SOL | Match both fields to the sending record |
| Deposits enabled | true | Check the current deposit screen for your account |
| Deposit-confirmation setting | 32 | Compare with the transaction's network status |
| Minimum deposit | 0.00010699 SOL | Compare with the amount actually sent |
| Tag required | false | Read the requirements on the selected deposit screen |
A confirmation count is not a number of minutes. The retrieved response does not give a fixed arrival time for this transfer. Bitget's deposit guide says processing follows network confirmation and that the time varies with the network and cryptocurrency. Avoid turning the number 32 into a countdown or treating a sending app's completed label as a guaranteed credit time.
The tag field also has a narrow scope. It belongs to this SOL row in the retrieved response. It does not establish a rule for every asset that can appear in a wallet, or every network a sender might select. Keep the coin and network attached to each value when you save the evidence.
1. Start with the transaction ID
Open the withdrawal history where you sent the SOL and find the transaction ID, often labelled TxID or transaction hash. Copy the full identifier rather than a screenshot of an amount alone. Bitget's refund guide says the TxID can be found in withdrawal history; if it is missing, the sending platform is the place to request it. A withdrawal address, email address or account number should not be entered in the transaction-ID field.
Use that identifier to inspect the transaction on the appropriate explorer. Bitget's SOL response names Solscan for this network. Record the status displayed there and compare the destination with the address you used. If you cannot establish which network actually carried the transfer, Bitget's refund guide directs users to ask the withdrawal platform. An asset label in a balance list does not answer that question.
If the sending order remains in progress or has failed, Bitget's refund guide tells users to wait for updates or contact the payment platform. The guide says Bitget has not received the funds in that branch of its process. Follow the status of the original withdrawal before opening a second transfer to try to fix the first one.
For a completed sending order, retain the transaction proof and move to the address, network and receiving-account checks. Completion at the sender is useful evidence, but the guide still lists circumstances requiring investigation after funds have been transferred out. Keep the sender's order status and Bitget's deposit status as separate entries in your record.

2. Compare the address and network with the deposit details
Bitget's mobile guide tells users to open Add Funds, select Deposit Crypto, choose the cryptocurrency and review the networks offered for that asset. The sending wallet's network should match the network selected on Bitget. The guide warns that an incompatible network can cause delays or permanent loss.
Open the SOL deposit screen and read its current requirements. Compare the address in your existing withdrawal record with the destination in the explorer. Copy the complete values into your private record so that a support request can identify the transaction. Do not rely on the first few characters of an address or on the name you gave it in an address book.
The guide says Bitget can periodically generate deposit addresses and advises using the address shown for the current transaction. If the transfer already happened, preserve the address you actually used as well as any earlier deposit-screen record. A newly displayed address does not, by itself, explain what happened to the earlier transfer. Submit the real destination rather than replacing it in the application with today's address.
If you have not sent anything yet, use the currently displayed deposit address and verify that the selected network matches at both ends before confirming. For an already missing deposit, another transfer would create a separate transaction. Investigate the existing one using its own hash, amount and destination.
3. Check the minimum amount and the receiving account
The SOL minimum in the retrieved public response was 0.00010699 SOL. Compare that figure with the amount the withdrawal record says was sent. Bitget's mobile guide tells users to meet the selected cryptocurrency's minimum deposit. It does not establish in this guide how every below-minimum case will be resolved, so do not infer automatic credit or automatic recovery from the threshold alone.
Keep the withdrawal fee separate from the deposit amount. The guide says Bitget does not charge deposit fees while network transaction fees may apply. Read the sending record for the transaction under investigation instead of subtracting an assumed fee from a balance screenshot. This article has not inspected your sender's fee schedule or its treatment of a particular withdrawal.
Next, check the destination account chosen in Bitget. The mobile guide allows selection of an account such as Spot or Funding and says credited assets appear in the selected account. Look there and in deposit history before deciding the transfer is absent everywhere. A balance visible in a different account calls for an account-location check, rather than an unsupported claim that the blockchain transfer failed.
Use the Bitget account and exchange profile to keep account questions separate from network questions. For the support record, write down which account you checked and what the deposit history shows. That gives the reviewer something more specific than “the app shows zero.”
4. Choose the support route that fits the evidence
Bitget's refund guide describes a self-service route on its website: open the profile menu, choose Deposit, then select Refund of uncredited deposit. The next step asks for the issue type. If the reason is unclear, the guide includes an other/don't know option. Select the category supported by your records instead of diagnosing an unsupported network from the delay alone.
For a coin or network Bitget does not support, the guide asks for network information, a token contract address where applicable, the withdrawal address and the transaction ID. It distinguishes a token contract address from the deposit address. If a field does not match what you can establish from the transfer, seek clarification through the support ticket rather than filling it with a similar-looking address.
The separate missing-or-incorrect-tag category applies where the deposit requires one. The SOL settings retrieved for this article showed needTag: false; that is a reason to read the selected network's own requirements before using a tag explanation. Do not borrow the refund guide's examples from other networks and apply them automatically to SOL.
For completed transfers with an unresolved reason, Bitget's guide asks users to submit a ticket with transaction proof. Keep the material focused on this transfer: the TxID, coin, actual network, destination, amount, sending status and relevant deposit-history entry. Preserve any response from support under the same case so that later messages refer to the same transaction.
The refund guide says applications may take up to 10 working days to process, depending on complexity and the accuracy of the information. It also says not every deposit qualifies for a refund. That period describes the application process; it is not an ordinary SOL deposit-arrival estimate, and submitting an application does not establish that recovery has been approved.
Quick answers for a missing SOL deposit
Does 32 confirmations mean 32 minutes?
No. The public row contains a confirmation setting, while the deposit guide says timing varies with network conditions and the cryptocurrency. Neither opened source turns that setting into a fixed number of minutes.
Were SOL deposits enabled in the checked data?
The SOL network row returned rechargeable: true at 04:46:37 SGT on 4 November. Check your current deposit screen as well; this public response does not inspect your account or the transaction you sent.
Can a missing deposit be cancelled?
Bitget's mobile deposit guide says an initiated blockchain transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed. For an existing transfer, follow its transaction status and the applicable support or refund process. A new withdrawal does not cancel the earlier one.
What remains unknown without my transfer record?
The sources do not reveal your destination, actual network, amount received, confirmation status, selected account or eligibility for recovery. The next useful step is to collect those details under the original TxID and send the matching evidence through Bitget's support route.
