Bitget USDT TRC20 withdrawal fee: 1.5 USDT per transfer, 5 USDT minimum (November 2026)
The short answer
Withdrawing USDT from Bitget on the TRC20 (Tron) network costs a flat 1.5 USDT per transfer, and the smallest amount you can send is 5 USDT. Those are the values Bitget's public coin data returned at 20:47 SGT on 3 November 2026, with TRC20 withdrawals and deposits both open. (Bitget public API, spot coin information for USDT, api.bitget.com)
Because the fee is flat, its weight depends on how much you send: 1.5 USDT is 30% of a 5 USDT minimum withdrawal, 1.5% of 100 USDT and 0.15% of 1,000 USDT. If the receiving wallet or exchange also supports BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), the same USDT costs 0.01 USDT to send, so the network choice can matter more than the amount.

TRC20 is the second most expensive USDT route on Bitget, behind only Ethereum's ERC20 at 2 USDT. It also needs the fewest confirmations of any network in the list: three. That is a block-count setting, not a guaranteed arrival time, but it explains part of why many traders keep using Tron despite the fee.
We last published this table on 30 October. The TRC20 fee (1.5 USDT), the ERC20 fee (2 USDT), the BEP20 fee (0.01 USDT) and the 5 USDT minimum are unchanged in Tuesday's read.
What 1.5 USDT costs you at different amounts
A flat fee hurts small transfers most. Here is the arithmetic for TRC20 against BEP20, the cheapest route Bitget offers:
Article table: scroll horizontally, or focus the table area and use the arrow keys.
| You send | TRC20 fee | Fee as % of amount | BEP20 fee | Saving on BEP20 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 USDT (minimum) | 1.5 | 30% | 0.01 | 1.49 USDT |
| 20 USDT | 1.5 | 7.5% | 0.01 | 1.49 USDT |
| 100 USDT | 1.5 | 1.5% | 0.01 | 1.49 USDT |
| 1,000 USDT | 1.5 | 0.15% | 0.01 | 1.49 USDT |
| 10,000 USDT | 1.5 | 0.015% | 0.01 | 1.49 USDT |
The percentages are simple division: 1.5 ÷ 5 = 30%, 1.5 ÷ 100 = 1.5%, and so on. The saving is always 1.5 − 0.01 = 1.49 USDT per withdrawal, whatever the amount.
Bitget's mobile withdrawal guide says the app "will display the applicable transaction fees and the credited amount" once you enter the amount. Read the credited amount line before you confirm. That figure, not the number you typed, is what the receiving side will see. (Bitget Support Center, "How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency from Bitget - Mobile App Guide", bitget.com)

If you move USDT weekly, the gap adds up. Four TRC20 withdrawals a month cost 4 × 1.5 = 6 USDT; the same four on BEP20 cost 4 × 0.01 = 0.04 USDT.
When TRC20 is still the right choice
The cheapest network is only cheaper if the other side accepts it. Bitget's guide tells users to "verify that your receiving wallet supports the selected cryptocurrency and network" and warns that "using the wrong network may result in lost funds."
That makes TRC20 the practical choice in a few common cases:
- The receiving exchange or P2P counterparty only lists TRC20. Paying 1.5 USDT is better than sending on a network the recipient cannot credit.
- Your wallet only handles Tron. Sending USDT to it on any other network is the wrong-network mistake Bitget's guide warns about.
- You are moving a large amount. At 10,000 USDT, the 1.49 USDT difference is 0.015% of the transfer. Choosing the network your recipient handles most reliably may be worth more than the saving.
Where both sides support BEP20, Plasma, Optimism or another low-fee network, the table shows a cheaper path. Open the deposit page on the receiving exchange or wallet first, note every USDT network it lists, then pick the cheapest matching label on Bitget's withdrawal screen. If the only match is TRC20, budget 1.5 USDT per transfer and batch small withdrawals into one: two 50 USDT withdrawals cost 3 USDT on TRC20, one 100 USDT withdrawal costs 1.5 USDT.
How to withdraw USDT on TRC20 from the Bitget app
These steps follow Bitget's mobile withdrawal guide:
- Open the Bitget app and log in. Tap Assets at the bottom, then Withdraw.
- Search for and select USDT, then choose On-Chain Withdrawal.
- Paste the receiving address, or scan its QR code. The guide says to make sure it "matches the network type".
- Select TRC20 as the network. It must match the deposit network shown by the receiving wallet or exchange.
- Enter the amount, at least 5 USDT. Check the fee (1.5 USDT on TRC20) and the credited amount the app shows.
- Tap Withdraw and complete the security checks. Bitget lists email confirmation, a Google Authenticator code and an SMS code among the possible steps.
- Track the transfer under Assets → Spot → History → Withdrawal. The status shows Processing, Completed or Failed.
Bitget's guide also lists what has to be in place before you start: a verified account under its KYC process, Google Authenticator set up, and email or phone verification. Its FAQ says KYC is "required to enable withdrawals on Bitget for most users" and that Google Authenticator must be set up before a withdrawal.
How long a TRC20 withdrawal takes
Bitget's FAQ says "most withdrawals are processed within a few minutes", with delays possible "due to network congestion or additional security checks". The API's three-confirmation setting for TRC20 is the lowest in the USDT list, compared with 12 for Arbitrum, 60 for BEP20 and 96 for ERC20. Bitget does not publish a guaranteed TRC20 arrival time, so treat "a few minutes" as typical, not promised.
If a transfer stays in Processing for longer than you expect, the guide points you to the withdrawal history screen for status. A completed withdrawal can be looked up on the Tron blockchain explorer listed in Bitget's coin data (tronscan.org).
Mistakes that cost more than the fee
Bitget's guide is blunt about the risk: "Cryptocurrency withdrawals are irreversible. If funds are sent to the wrong address, they cannot be recovered." The three checks that prevent most losses:
- Network match. TRC20 on Bitget must meet TRC20 on the receiving side. Same coin on a different network is not the same deposit.
- Address check. Compare the first and last characters of the pasted address with the source. Use the QR scan if the receiving app offers one.
- Balance check. The guide notes you need "sufficient balance, including fees". A 5 USDT withdrawal on TRC20 needs the 1.5 USDT fee covered as well, unless the app deducts it from the amount, which the credited-amount line will show.
Where the trading fee rebate fits
The 1.5 USDT is a network withdrawal fee. It is not one of the trading fees in NexuAlpha's partner registry, which lists Bitget spot at 0.1% maker and taker and USDT-M futures at 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker, with a 60% reader share of those trading fees, settled daily.
If you deposit USDT to Bitget in order to trade, the trading side is where the larger costs usually sit. One example from the registry figures: a $10,000 futures taker order costs $10,000 × 0.06% = $6, and 60% of that is $3.60 back. On spot, $1,000 × 0.1% = $1 in fees, with $0.60 back. The sign-up route and full fee table are on our Bitget fees and sign-up page. If you also hold an account elsewhere, our OKX fees page uses the same layout, and you can come back to the Bitget page before you register.
