Bitget Launchpool: How to Stake, Claim Tokens and Redeem

8 min

The short answer

You can receive Launchpool token allocations by locking a supported asset in an eligible Bitget pool, with rewards tied to your stake and participation period. Choose Launchhub > Launchpool, read the selected offer, enter the supported token amount and confirm; to redeem the original asset, open Earn Account > Launchpool and unstake. Bitget's general guide says staking and claiming carry no additional fee, while the product terms make each offer's conditions the first document to check.

The official instructions, dated March 7, 2025, and Launchpool terms, last updated June 12, 2025, were opened on October 29, 2026 SGT for this guide. They explain the staking, claiming and redemption process; they do not establish a live campaign amount or a return available to your account today. Start with the Bitget.com exchange profile if you need the venue overview, then keep the selected Launchpool offer open while checking its conditions.

Pick the offer before choosing an amount

On the website, Bitget's help guide directs users to Launchhub in the navigation bar and then Launchpool. Its app instructions use the user icon in the top-left corner, followed by Rewards and Launchpool. These are the paths described in the opened guide; use the Launchpool label to identify the product when checking your account.

Browse the listed projects and open the pool you intend to join. Read the supported staking asset, staking requirements, estimated APR, reward-distribution details and individual cap. The guide names BGB as an example of a supported asset, alongside other designated tokens. It does not say that every pool accepts BGB, or that any asset in your account can earn that pool's allocation.

This is where a reader should decide whether the pool fits the assets already held. Write down the token you must lock and the token you would receive. The product terms give them separate names: Launchpool Assets are the locked assets; Launchpool Tokens are the allocated rewards. Keeping those two balances separate makes the later claim and redemption screens easier to read.

The terms also set a document order. Specific Launchpool Offer Terms take precedence over the general Launchpool Terms, which take precedence over Bitget's Terms of Use. A feature described in the general guide therefore needs to be read alongside the offer you are actually opening. An old announcement cannot establish the current offer's cap, eligible asset or participation window.

Stake through the selected pool

After checking the offer, select the pool, enter the number of supported tokens and confirm participation. Those are the three staking actions in the official guide. Before the final confirmation, compare the entered amount with the minimum or maximum shown for that specific offer. The general terms permit Bitget to set both, and to change the supported asset types.

Avoid copying an amount from a different Launchpool campaign. A limit attached to another token or another pool does not establish what your selected offer accepts. The official guide says each pool can have an individual staking cap. The terms also allow an upper limit on hourly token allocations, so a staking cap and a reward cap are separate fields to check.

Bitget says assets committed to Launchpool are locked temporarily for calculating the token allocation. Section V says those assets are not used, invested or otherwise managed during the offer, and are not pooled with other users' digital assets. That is the product's stated treatment of the locked balance. It does not convert an estimated token allocation into a fixed payment.

Once participation is confirmed, the guide says rewards begin accruing automatically. Keep the confirmation and selected-offer details together when reviewing the position later. If you intend to commit more assets, recheck the pool's remaining limits before changing the amount rather than assuming the first confirmation settled every later condition.

Read the hourly allocation correctly

The terms say rewards are generally calculated with reference to your locked amount as a percentage of the total assets locked in that pool. The hourly yield is calculated automatically. Your accrued token allocation is updated every hour, or at another frequency specified by the particular offer.

That relationship explains why a reward display needs the pool's own terms. Your asset amount is only one input. The total locked balance also matters, as do the offer's available token allocation and any cap on hourly rewards. A headline announcing a total campaign allocation does not tell an individual participant how many tokens will arrive.

The guide says estimated APR is based on total locked tokens and distributed rewards and is updated hourly. Read it as the estimate described by that calculation. To review what has actually accrued, use the transaction history rather than multiplying a displayed annual rate into a promised payment over the participation window.

Bitget's guide uses both hourly issuance language and a statement that rewards are calculated hourly and distributed periodically. The terms add that a particular offer can specify another update frequency. For a specific timing question, compare the offer's distribution wording with the actual accrued balance and the Launchpool transaction history. These documents do not support promising that every account receives a wallet credit at an identical minute.

Claiming rewards and redeeming principal use different actions

For reward records, the guide gives the path Assets > Earn Account > Transaction History > Launchpool. It says airdropped tokens can be claimed at any time. The terms specify the condition more precisely: you may claim tokens after they have accrued, and claimed Launchpool Tokens transfer immediately to the Spot Account.

Claim is therefore the action for the allocated token balance. If you want the asset originally locked for participation, use the redemption action instead. The guide says to open Earn Account, switch to the Launchpool tab and unstake the tokens. Check which token and amount the confirmation identifies before approving it. After confirming the unstake, check the returned asset in the Spot Account. Then open Assets > Earn Account > Transaction History > Launchpool to reconcile the reward record separately from the principal return. If you are claiming rewards instead, confirm the accrued reward token appears in the Spot Account after the claim.

The product terms say users can generally unlock assets at any time without delay. They also identify circumstances in which unlocking can be delayed, including extreme market volatility, network delays, validator or protocol failures and many simultaneous unlocking instructions. That matters if you need the locked asset for another transaction at a specific time: the general redemption feature does not establish an exact completion time in every circumstance.

At the end of the relevant Launchpool Period, the terms say locked assets and allocated but unclaimed rewards are automatically unlocked and transferred to the Spot Account. If the period has ended, check the Spot Account and transaction history before treating a missing active position as a missing asset. Keep the principal return and reward credit as separate entries when reconciling the result.

Fees, limits and eligibility to check

The official guide states there are no additional fees for staking or claiming rewards. That is the verified fee statement for these two Launchpool actions. It does not supply a current blockchain withdrawal fee, a token purchase cost or a fiat payment charge. If your next action involves moving assets out of the account, read that action's own screen before committing funds.

For limits, the general documents establish the categories to inspect rather than one number applicable to all pools. Check the minimum and maximum staking amounts, individual locking cap and any hourly allocation ceiling. Section IV also says token allocations are rounded down to a number of decimal places set by Bitget, which can vary between reward tokens. Use the recorded credited quantity when checking a small balance.

For eligibility, both sources require identity verification and exclude restricted countries or regions. The terms say individual offers can impose additional eligibility conditions. A completed identity check alone therefore does not establish access to every offer. Read the selected offer's requirements and the account's displayed eligibility before deciding to participate.

This guide does not publish a country-by-country approval list or invent a verification document requirement. The Launchpool documents opened here are product instructions and terms, not a positive eligibility matrix for every account. If the offer is unavailable, resolve the account's stated reason through Bitget support rather than assuming a different staking amount changes regional eligibility.

Using more than one pool

Section IV says a given set of Launchpool Assets can be locked in only one offer at a time, while a user can divide holdings across multiple offers. If you are comparing pools, decide how much of the holding to assign to each. Do not count the same locked units twice when comparing the amounts you can commit.

Redeeming from one offer is also different from claiming its rewards. The terms say that, once unlocked, assets are available for other purposes, including another available Launchpool offer. Check the returned asset balance first, then assess the next offer's accepted asset and limits. The fact that two projects both use Launchpool does not make their reward token, cap or participation period interchangeable.

For your next check, reopen the Bitget.com product and account overview and compare it with the specific offer you selected. The actionable information is the accepted asset, the amount you are committing, the reward credited and the route for returning the original balance.

Quick answers

Can I redeem before the pool ends?

The general guide allows unstaking through Earn Account > Launchpool, subject to any pool-specific restrictions. The terms describe general unlocking without delay but list circumstances that can delay it. Read the selected offer before depending on a particular completion time.

Where do claimed rewards go?

The terms say accrued Launchpool Tokens transfer immediately to your Spot Account when claimed. The guide places reward records under Assets > Earn Account > Transaction History > Launchpool.

Does the estimated APR fix my reward?

The guide says the estimate uses total locked tokens and distributed rewards and is updated hourly. The terms describe an allocation linked to your share of the pool, with offer-specific conditions and possible hourly caps. Use the actual accrued balance to review the tokens received.

What happens if I leave rewards unclaimed?

At the end of the relevant participation period, the terms say both locked assets and allocated unclaimed tokens are automatically unlocked and transferred to the Spot Account. Check that account and the Launchpool history for the principal and reward entries.
