How to Buy Binance bStocks: Tokenized US Stocks, Fees and the Zero-Fee Window
The short answer
Binance lets you buy bStocks, tokenized US stock products, as spot pairs against USDT. On 21 October 2026 it opened five more pairs: BOTB/USDT, BRKBB/USDT, KSTRB/USDT, TMFB/USDT and VSTB/USDT, at 12:00 UTC. Until 31 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC, the maker fee on those five pairs is zero, and the taker fee is not covered by that promotion. A bStock is not a share: Binance says it does not let holders directly own a share or stock in the underlying company.

What a bStock is, and what it is not
Read the announcement before you trade. Binance states that bStocks are classified as certificates representing certain financial instruments, that they are not stocks or shares, and that they do not give you shareholder rights. They are offered through an approved prospectus in Abu Dhabi's ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction. Binance says they are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions, on a secondary market basis, and that they are not offered to US persons.
That means the first check is not the chart. It is whether your account is eligible in the app. If the bStocks pairs do not show for your region, the product is not available to you on that account, whatever a comparison site says.
The five new pairs
Binance's announcement dated 21 October 2026 says the five pairs open for trading at 12:00 UTC. The same notice enables Spot Algo Trading Bots from the listing time and Rebalancing Bots within 24 hours of listing. The five tokens are:

| Token | Underlying stock or fund | Spot pair |
|---|---|---|
| BOTB | RoboStrategy Inc | BOTB/USDT |
| BRKBB | Berkshire Hathaway | BRKBB/USDT |
| KSTRB | KraneShares STAR Market 50 ETF | KSTRB/USDT |
| TMFB | Direxion Daily 20 Year Treasury Bull 3X ETF | TMFB/USDT |
| VSTB | Vistra Corp | VSTB/USDT |
Note the leveraged ETF in the list. TMFB tracks a 3x daily leveraged treasury exposure, so its price can move far more than the stock market index it is named after. Read the fund's own description before you size a position.
Step by step: buying on the spot market
- Open the Binance app or web platform and confirm your account is eligible for bStocks. The product pages and the spot pair list are the place to see that.
- Find the pair, for example BRKBB/USDT, and check the live price against the time stamp. Spot prices for tokenized products can differ from the price of the underlying stock.
- Place a limit order if you do not want to pay whatever the market shows. A market order fills at the best available price, which may be worse in a thin book.
- Check the fee line in the order preview. The promotion removes the maker fee only, so a market order (taker) is not covered.

Open →Step by step: buying with Convert
The announcement says users can trade bStocks against BTC, USDT and other tokens on Binance Convert with zero fees within one hour of a bStock being listed on Binance Spot. Convert gives you a quoted rate for an instant swap rather than an order book trade. Compare the quoted rate with the spot price before you confirm. Zero fee does not mean zero spread.
Converting stock holdings into bStocks
The announcement also says users can start tokenizing their direct stock holdings into bStocks, with a 1:1 conversion ratio between each underlying stock and its bStock, and zero conversion fees. The announcement does not spell out the minting steps in the text we read, but it does list a BNB Smart Chain contract for each token. Check those contract addresses in the announcement before any on-chain transfer, and do not send tokens to an address you copied from a chat message or a reply post. Withdrawal rules for these tokens are set in the announcement too, and our copy of it was cut before the full list. Read that section yourself.
Fees and the promotion window
The promotion gives zero maker fees on the five pairs from listing time until 31 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC. It does not say the taker fee is zero, and it does not say what the standard rate on these pairs becomes after the window. Binance's regular spot schedule, as we read it on 10 October 2026, is 0.10% maker and 0.10% taker for a regular user. That number may not apply to bStocks pairs, so read the fee line in the order preview and Binance's fee page before you trade.
Here is our arithmetic on a sample trade. Buy 1,000 USDT of a bStock with a limit order in the window. If the maker fee is zero, the fee is 0 USDT. The same buy as a market order pays the taker fee, which at 0.10% would be 1 USDT, if that schedule applies to the pair.
Using bStocks as margin collateral
A separate Binance announcement dated 21 October 2026 adds the same five tokens as eligible collateral for Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin and Portfolio Margin Pro, effective 12:00 UTC. Borrowing against them is not supported yet, and Binance says future announcements will cover changes. Regular, VIP 1 and VIP 2 users must complete a suitability questionnaire before they can use bStocks-related margin features, and their margin accounts are subject to Binance's bStocks collateral risk controls.
If you are a new trader, skip margin for now. A collateral position that falls in value can lead to margin calls or liquidation under Binance's margin rules, and those rules are set out in the risk guide, not in a promotion.
What it means for you
If you already hold USDT and want exposure to a listed product that Binance now quotes against USDT, the spot pairs are the simplest route, and the zero maker fee makes limit orders cheaper until 31 October. If you hold the underlying stock in a brokerage, read the conversion terms first, because converting moves the asset into a different legal wrapper. If you are unsure, buy a small amount, watch the spread and fee lines, and keep a record of the price you paid.

Quick answers
Can I buy bStocks from any country? No. Binance says bStocks are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions, and they are not offered to US persons. Check eligibility in the app.
Do I own the stock? No. Binance says a bStock does not give you shareholder rights in the company or fund behind it.
Is the zero fee for the whole trade? No. The announcement removes the maker fee on the five pairs until 31 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC. The taker fee is not covered.
Which pair do I start with? There is no right answer. The five pairs differ in underlying asset, and a leveraged ETF such as TMFB behaves very differently from a single company stock.
What we could not verify
We could not re-read Binance's live fee page for bStocks pairs today, so the standard rate after the promotion is not confirmed here. We also did not confirm the full withdrawal schedule for each token, and the contract addresses are listed in Binance's announcement, not checked on-chain by us. Treat those three items as open until you read the official source.
